I led the design and execution of a social media marketing campaign to promote my current Agency's upcoming summer internship program. The goal was to attract recent college graduates by creating a visually engaging and authentic campaign that aligned with our brand while feeling youthful and dynamic.
I led the design and execution of a social media marketing campaign to promote my current Agency's upcoming summer internship program. The goal was to attract recent college graduates by creating a visually engaging and authentic campaign that aligned with our brand while feeling youthful and dynamic.
The project began with selecting and editing photos from past internship cohorts to highlight the culture and energy of the agency. I developed a custom visual identity for the campaign, incorporating hand-lettered illustrated typography to bring a playful, handcrafted feel to both static and animated (GIF) assets. This design direction balanced our established brand standards with a fresh and exciting tone tailored to our younger target audience.
In addition to the visual design, I wrote campaign copy to ensure a consistent and compelling voice. The campaign was rolled out across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, and resulted in nearly twice the number of applicants compared to the previous year.
