OVERVIEW
Mobile Heartbeat, a Medtech company based in Massachusetts, hired me to lead a full redesign of their website, across both desktop and mobile platforms. The goal was to modernize the visual identity, improve usability, and create a more intuitive experience for their healthcare-focused audience. The project involved refreshing the brand's digital presence, restructuring site navigation, and conducting strategic market research to align with best practices in the Medtech and SaaS sectors.

APPROACH
I began by auditing the existing site to identify usability challenges, such as awkward module positioning, inconsistent hierarchy, and a cluttered mobile experience. To improve navigation and structure, I introduced a streamlined mega menu and persistent header, ensuring critical pathways like "Request a Demo" remained visible and accessible throughout the site.

To guide the visual and UX direction, I conducted competitive research into Medtech and software companies. This informed a cleaner, more contemporary design system that could scale across both desktop and mobile experiences. I also updated and expanded upon Mobile Heartbeat's existing brand standards to better reflect their leadership in healthcare communication technology.
